Located in Lakeville, Minnesota, FATE is a full-color, 130 page monthly magazine that delivers a one-of-a-kind reading experience.

Published continuously since 1948, FATE is the longest-running publication of its kind, supplying its loyal readership with a broad array of "true reports of the strange and unknown" for over 60 years.

Mike Boss paintings have been featured on the cover of five issues of FATE magazine, and also in conjunction with the article "After 40 Years... To Tell, or Not To Tell?", which was featured in the Roswell 60th Anniversary Commemorative Issue (July 2007) of FATE. The article related stories of UFO sightings in western Kansas forty years earlier, including the accounts of what was dubbed by newspapers across the world as "The Cadillac of all UFOs", and witnessed in Goodland, Kansas, by two local police officers.
